Maria, no you won’t find an app for your phone that can accurately tell you the temperature around you without outside hardware.
You can buy a full IoT device that can report inside and outside temperature the way home thermometers have for a long time, but that will require a separate device that you will have to mount somewhere.
Your smartphone just doesn’t have a thermometer meant to measure the temperature outside the case, the only temperature sensors phones come with are the ones that monitor internal temperature to make sure no parts will be damaged from overheating.
