I have an office at home and work a lot. I use my cell phone and a landline. I’m looking for a headset that will work with both. Could you tell me what I can use, if there is such a thing?
Dennis, it depends on your phones, actually. Some cordless phones have a regular headset connector like the kind that might work with a cellphone or a laptop, some have bluetooth.
Those are your two options, really. Your cellphone will pretty much want one of those two, so you’ll need to figure out if your landline phone either takes one of those already, or find a replacement that will.
You could also forward your landline to your cellphone and use the headphones that probably came with it, if that works for you. That solution would not require buying any new gear, but it may or may not be free depending on your current plans.
