Light The Way With Automation

Ever worry about coming home too late to a dark house or that the wrong people will see no movement in your home for a long time and possibly decide to break in? Let some cool home automation fix that for you as well as simplifying many other parts of your life.

Many homes are being equipped with more and more smart home automated appliances and technology and the most used of that technology is probably with lighting.

You can automate your lighting with something as simple as a lightbulb in one light or a whole system of lights throughout your home.

If you work late or get home after dark you may want to set a timer for a front walkway light or an indoor room so that you will have a light on when you arrive.

With a whole system you can set lights to come on throughout your home as it gets dark and you can even set different color change sequences which would help make unwanted visitors think there are people inside changing the lights around.

Another great tool for automation in your home is the air conditioning. You can set it to start cooling at a certain time of day so that you don’t come home to a hot and stuffy house. Not only can you program the cozy temperatures for your slumber but you can set it to start getting a little warmer as you wake up and need to start your day..

And speaking of starting your day, you can install automated window coverings that will open first thing in the morning to help get you out of bed and will also close when it’s time to shut the world out at night.

Special features of your home can be automated like water or fire features you’d like to showcase as the sun sets. You can automate pretty much anything you can think of these days including having your tiki torches on and ready when you want to enjoy the outdoors,

Automate your security by having lights that will come on with any motion as well as cameras that will not only turn on but will also light up and record as it sees motion.

You can even automate your entertainment by setting it to turn on at a certain time which may be just before you walk in the door so you enter a room with ambient light and music to soothe your soul after a long day.

Many people now have virtual personal assistants, such as Alexa, and you can use them to automate many of your devices as well as asking it questions or to perform simple tasks.

Ask your assistant to play the latest Into Tomorrow broadcast and participate with us to win some cool new tech during our Cool Into Tomorrow Hot summer Giveaway!

Good luck and stay tuned …
