Now is a great time to start or change up your exercise routine as well as make sure your diet is as healthy as it should be.

Technology has come a long way in helping you achieve your goals. Aside from the many exercise DVD’s you can purchase and use in your own home, you can download videos on Netflix   as well as checking out videos on YouTube or Do Yoga With Me.

  Visiting WebMD is a great place to obtain information on weight loss and diet including snacks, tips, blogs and more.   

 

Weight Watchers offers you the ability to sign up and follow their diet plans online as well as with their free mobile app.

You can also find many popular diets with their tools and information online like the DASH Diet, Mayo Clinic Diet  and Paleo.

If you are on the go, there are also plenty of Apps to help. Map My Fitness and LifeSum are two great ones to check out

My Fitness Pal and My Food Diary  are great for recording your daily food intake along with your exercise as well as additional features.
