Verizon and Lyft are celebrating Back to the Future Day in style
Verizon and Lyft are teaming up to put 7 DeLoreans on the roads of NYC for October 21st, 2015, and October 21st, 2015 only, to celebrate “Back to the Future Day.”
October 21st, 2015 was the day Marty McFly ended up in the future to see what he’d become in the movie Back to the Future 2.
This is not the first over the top promotion that Verizon has pushed on a Wednesday, their #WhyNotWednesday campaign has already been responsible for things like giving people a real burger for free if they tweeted a burger emoji, and having songs requested via Twitter to be performed in real time by Echosmith.
