Thomas in Brunswick, Georgia listens on 93.7 WBQO and asked: “I’m in and out around rural environments in southeast Georgia. Cell phone coverage is not always the greatest. What kind of booster can we put on our vehicle to help out? I also have a mobile environment that needs Wi-Fi. What’s the best mobile Wi-Fi that doesn’t really eat up the budget and provides good coverage?”

As is always the case with any signal booster, you will need a signal to boost. If youre in a truly dead spot without any useable cell signals there wont be anything to boost and no hardware will help, but otherwise these may improve the signal in your vehicle.
Now In terms of mobile hotspots, good coverage means good coverage FOR YOU. That will vary from area to area, so your best bet will be to ignore reviews and focus on who provides good solid cell phone service in your area with good internet speeds.
Once you find who that company is you can have a look at their plans, but generally speaking these days nothing will break the budget beyond the monthly fee itself, since overages have largely been replaced by data slowdowns.
