Microsoft doesnt support the iPads hardware architecture in Windows and it just wont run at all.
Starting August 2nd, 2021, Microsoft released Windows 365 which will run on any device that can access the internet, but its basically just Windows in a browser so it wouldnt replace your operating system.
At the moment its also only marketed at businesses, not individual consumers.
