This registration form is to collect the appropriate information we need to ensure a smooth interview and proper promotion of your appearance — on the air, on our website and in our TechNewsLetter and social media. Since you are invited to join us in a ZOOM Interview, PLEASE review and follow this important information:

*URGENT* — In order for us to HEAR you properly . . .

  • The Guest is the ONLY one permitted on the Zoom Event!!! No PR reps or assistants!
  • Be in a QUIET room, preferably with carpet & drapes to avoid echo
  • Please use a Gaming Headset Mic. Or, at least quality EARBUDS with a built-in mic, so you don’t sound like you’re across the room, or in your bathroom!  😉
  • PLEASE Test your Mic and Speaker IN ZOOM, WELL BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW
  • Plan to HAVE FUN!  We promise you will enjoy the interview with Dave!!!

If you would like the additional on-air, web site and TechNewsLetter promotion, consider sending some valuable items for on-air Giveaway. Keeping in mind that we’re a national show, the more you send, the longer we can extend the promotion for you!
