According to Laptop Magazine, the most reliable brand in 2015 has been Apple, number 2 has been Dell.
PCWorld rated Dell for Business above average, but Dell’s home models below average.
PCMag did a survey of their readers satisfaction with their devices and Dell actually ranked at the very bottom.
So, basically, if you’re happy with your Dell good for you, you already have it so your own satisfaction is really all that matters. For those buying, Dell may be among the best or the worst depending on who you ask… Good luck.
