Keep In Touch

With social distancing and stay at home orders happening right now, people are counting on technology to keep in touch more and more.

Smartphones and the internet are available to most everyone and that is the easiest way  to keep in touch with family and friends.

The most popular communication tool seems to be texting and just about any cell phone has the capability. Some smartphones, like the iPhone,  have texting availability through WiFi so that you will never be out of touch even if you don’t have cell service.

For times when you don’t have cell service if you at least have wi-fi you can also download various apps to communicate which not only allow you to message friends but send pictures and video with special filters and other fun additions.

Social media is another great tool for keeping in touch. Posts from friends and family will show you what they are doing with their time at home as well as you being able to do the same.

Online social groups are available for communities, moms groups, churches and pretty much anyone who would like to be in touch with multiple people with the same interests or activities. These groups are very helpful to those needing information or advice on certain topics as well as sharing stories, tips and ideas all from the safety of each other’s own homes.

There are also many video chat apps you can use to video conference multiple people at a time which have been great tools for schools, jobs and even families celebrating special occasions virtually!

Kids especially are on social media platforms that allow them to stay in touch with friends and include features like fun filters, video chats with multiple users and fun games they can play against each other,

And you can keep in touch with us 24/7 through our FREE Into Tomorrow App and you can let us know your favorite way of communicating during these crazy times.

Stay safe and KIT!
