Summer Learning Loss

Summer is finally here and while kids are happy to step away from the classroom, summer learning loss can be a problem for many.

Thanks to great learning tools and tech, kids can stay sharp using their already loved devices.

Summer break is awesome however kids should still incorporate some kind of learning in their daily activities.

Kids love electronics and since most have them always in hand they can use them to keep up the skills learned during the school year.

Many schools have updated their websites with resources and tips for things to do over the summer that are geared towards the grade level and skills the kids will be working on once school is back in session.

There are also many sites with summer workbooks, tutoring, blogs, and other programs and resources  available to do online and many for free.

Reading is an absolute must for success in learning and you can download books to any device to enjoy stories anywhere at anytime. You can purchase top selling books as well as many free options available including “checking them out” from your local library. There are also sites where you can buy and trade books from other readers,

Video games are very popular and there are many that incorporate learning and can be downloaded as a free app to use on the go

Find an online book club or community pages that talk about favorite stories or places to find books maybe even local free standing library sites.

And when you want to read up on the latest in tech, download our FREE Into Tomorrow App and join us for a chance to win some amazing summer prizes!
