The point of that password is to keep people out, so this is a little bit like asking how do I use the living room of the house next door if I dont have the key.
Back in the day there were reasonably simple ways to crack WiFi passwords, but these days the encryption is better and thats no longer that easy.
You may still be able to find password cracking software online but dont expect it to necessarily work, and definitely dont expect it to be quick, it may take weeks if it finishes at all.
The most realistic way to get access to that network is to speak to someone at the church and see if theyll give you the password.
