Wayne used the AskDave button on our site and asked: “When I’m watching TV, there’s this white overlay that appears at the bottom. I want to get rid of it. I don’t know how to control that. Can you help me?”
Wayne, not really. Wed love to help but without knowing what make and model your TV is, or what that overlay looks like or what its meant to do theres nothing we can really say that would help you remove it.
The first thing wed try is cycling through the settings to try to find one that will remove it, but its likely that youve already tried that, and without knowing more about the TV or the intended function of the overlay theres not much we can say even as a guess.
