Robert, you should be able to find some decent unlocked phones for $200, but keep in mind they won’t be great, they won’t perform like expensive flagships, and they will likely have fewer features.
In that price range, you’ll find plenty of lesser known brands and models, like the Zenfone 3, the Blu R1 Plus, or Samsung’s J5.
You can also look for a used, older flagship. If you’re willing to look at an older former flagship model from Apple, Samsung, or any major brand, you can probably get it for around your price range but, again, don’t expect it to perform like a modern flagship.
