Websites featuring tips and information on exercises you can do to help your brain stay sharp are available with a quick search.

You can also check with many online medical sites specializing in Alheimers and brain health to find out more information including certain foods and vitamins that help. You can also find good advice on how to deal with the different stages of the disease.

You can even use your tech for many Apps that will assist you in things like understanding Alzheimer’s and dealing with the disease as well as keeping track of physical and mental health, medications, communities and much more.
