Brain Health with your Tech

June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness month and there are many ways using your tech can help exercise your brain and fight the disease.

Many brain teasers and games are available that test your skills and keep your brain sharp. They are available both online and as mobile apps so you can train your brain anywhere.

Some fun activities include games to see if you can recall a certain pattern, memorize hidden objects, word finds, crossword puzzles, word problems and so much more to work your mind.

Alzheimer’s disease is a devastating illness that can happen to your brain and is a major cause of dementia.

You can educate yourself with more information about Alheimers and brain health including certain foods and vitamins that may help, special exercises, tips for caregivers and advice on how to deal with the different stages of the disease.

There are also many online communities you can join to discuss Alzheimer’s and brain health as well as find support.

Be sure to check out The Alzheimer’s Association or their Facebook page for information and ways you can be involved and raise awareness.

And you can use your own social media to raise awareness by doing things like using #ENDALZ

While online be sure to stop by and join our online Into Tomorrow Facebook Family and stay sharp with the latest in tech!
