Getting Ready for Earth Day Online …

It’s almost Earth Day and you can learn a lot about how to help save your environment by going online.

Earth Day Network and History.com are great places to start with information from all over the world. There you will find the history of Earth Day as well as blogs, news stories, photos, ways to become involved and so much more.

To get tips on what you can do to help save the Earth, take a peek at 50 Ways to Help and Treehugger.

For fun activities, crafts, games and more to help kids with Earth Day, take a trip to Enchanted Learning, Primary Games or Apples for the Teacher. Each of these sites has information kids will understand as well as printable worksheets, books and lots of additional resources.

For some Earth Day education and fun check out some fun lessons available from Apple that let you observe changes in the ecosystem, explore an abandoned habitat, read stories and more. There are also certain Apps available that will allow you to help raise money for the World Wildlife Fund. Specially designated apps will give all proceeds to the WWF, which is the world’s leading conservation organization with aims to protect natural resources — from forests and oceans to wildlife and food — through innovative, global solutions.                                         earth day animals

Our Free “Into Tomorrow” App is available as well and is safe for the environment J  Happy Earth Day!
