Sony updated the Xperia Lineup
The new flagship 5.2″ Xperia XZ, and 4.6″ Xperia X Compact, announced at IFA both boast an enhanced camera experience with 5 axis image stabilization, and triple image sensing technology, and a predictive autofocus that will try to guess its target’s next move.
Xperia XZ will launch globally from October, while Xperia X Compact will launch globally from September.
Most companies are doing visual notifications, Sony went aural
Sony also announced that Xperia Ear at IFA, its in-ear and hands-free Smart Product that can respond to verbal commands and gestures (such as nodding), and through a wireless connection to a smartphone gives information and assistance in what Sony calls “a natural, authentic” way.
Xperia Ear features a proximity sensor and can provide information such as calendar appointments and personalized updates.
The Xperia Ear will launch in November.
